AEMO change CHG0108022 appears to have coincided with an apparent reset to a misconfiguration on the AEMO FTP site. This has meant that GR systems are not able to access MMS report data from AEMO for one participant.
Private data has stopped flowing into the private database for this Participant until AEMO configuration changes are made.

Global-Roam (GR) implemented a planned participant changeover to support a hosted Private MMS database.
An apparent misconfiguration on the AEMO FTP site has meant that GR systems are not able to access MMS report data from AEMO for the participant.
Private data has stopped flowing into the private database for this Participant until AEMO configuration changes are made. Only public data is being populated in the meantime.

The FTP configuration was updated by AEMO and the issue was resolved.

We are aware of an issue where ez2view is having trouble accessing settings when cloud settings are used. You may experience trouble changing or saving new settings until this is resolved. We have an estimated time for resolving this issue at 10:35, 12 Sep.
