AEMO Market Notice 125260 reports that the EMMS service had a service interruption, now resolved, which resulted in a missing Dispatch Interval. The effects of this may be visible across all Global-Roam products as gap in the data at around 1400.

AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE
SERVICE INTERRUPTION - RESOLVED
The service interruption relating to the Electricity Market Management System
service has been resolved. There was a single NEM Trading Interval missed
at 14:00 AEST
Clients logging onto the deSide mobile app would have be greeted with a failure page.
The deSide mobile server failed to restart correctly due to a Windows update.
Update 14:25pm: Everything is working again
Building maintenance at Global-Roam headquarters requires on-site systems to be taken offline during the evening/night of the 26th of November, 2024.
The impacted product (ez2view) relates to the Congestion Map Prototype which will be unavailable until the maintenance is completed and the service is restarted.
The maintenance is expected to run from approximately 17:00 - 22:00 on the 26th. Impacted products will be brought back online afterwards.
No other interruptions to services or products are anticipated.
Dispatch and forecast data across all products appears out of date, due to an apparent upstream data issue at AEMO. We are aware and monitoring the situation.
We will update this status page as more information becomes available.
Update 14:30pm: AEMO has resolved the issue, market data is up to date again and dispatch is proceeding.
