Customers using ez2View may have experienced issues accessing up-to-date bid data in ez2View this morning before 09:30am when looking at the previous day. Data for the previous trading day (ending 4am on the 14th May) could have been slow to access or unavailable.

The daily bid data is normally processed and available before 6am each day - once the issue was resolved and the data was available before 09:30am.
